Build a building

Draw walls on the map and a building grows. Five sections shape it, storey it, color it, and cut its doors.

The Build door on the World tab is a palette of materials. You draw the plan on the map, the pieces snap together as you go, and the 3D stage shows the building rising while you drag. In the scene list , the whole thing reads as one Building, not a pile of parts.

Draw

The pieces you drag onto the map: Wall, Archway, Pillar, Stairs, and the Eraser. Below them sit any brushes from opened sets , and Open a set ▸ adds more. Draw a closed run of walls and you have rooms. The building handles its own corners.

Draw also holds the Ground row (Carve | Sit atop): whether a building on a slope carves a flat pad into the hill or sits on top with footings. See Building on hills .

Shape

Shape works on the picked building: tap one on the map and its outline lights up. Then set the switches: Roof (On | Off), Roof type (Gabled | Flat | Slanted), Foundation, Ground floor, Ceiling, and Trim, each On | Off. A pitched roof also gets Turn the spine, which swings the ridge the other way.

Grow

Add a storey stacks a new floor on the picked building. With a foundation on, the Plinth switch (1 step | 2 steps | 3 steps) sets how far the building stands off the ground.

Color

Every color in Build is a well: one square showing the current color. Tap it and a popup opens with two shelves, Colors and Patterns. There is a well for the Brush (tap to paint single tiles), then wells that fill the whole picked building: Outside, Inside, Floors, Roof, Foundation, and Trim.

Openings

Door, Window, Garage door, Skylight. Pick one, then tap a wall on the map or in 3D. Drag along the wall to slide it into place. Skylights land on flat roofs and ceilings.

A building’s detail also carries a Roblox pair: Ground under it and Send it to Roblox.

Buildings keep their paint when you reshape them. When the build is done, the building’s detail can glue it into one fig or box it as a set .
