Written walkthrough

Every building you draw in a scene can stand in a real Roblox game, at a size a Roblox character can walk into. You need a computer with Roblox Studio (free) and the Ünflat plugin installed. No Robux anywhere in this walkthrough.

1. Draw the building

In a scene, open World, then Build. Pick the Wall brush and drag your floorplan on the map: close the loop and it becomes a building. An Archway makes the door. Color the walls, pick a roof, stack a second storey if you like. Any building drawn this way works; the ready-made template houses are a different kind and stay home.

2. Send it to Roblox

Tap your building. Its card has a Roblox section. Ground under it adds a patch of land so the building arrives standing on something. Then tap Send it to Roblox: the file downloads as .lowpoly. Get it to your computer.

One honest note: pattern-painted walls arrive in their main color. Patterns are heavy in mesh form, so the export trades them for the closest solid.

3. Build it with the plugin

In Studio, open any place. Plugins tab, the Ünflat button, then Build a model… and pick your .lowpoly file. The building appears in the workspace with its colors on, anchored and solid.

4. Walk inside

Press Play. One storey stands 12 studs tall and the doorway fits a Roblox character, so walk up and step through your own front door. From here it is a normal Studio model: copy it, line a street with it, build your obby around it.
