The World tab
The World tab's seven doors shape the land, the buildings, and everything between.
The World tab shapes the world itself. Its doors sit in a list on the left, and the open door’s controls sit beside the list. The work lands on the map , which is big on this tab.
Tap a door and its controls open beside the list. The tab holds the whole flow: plop some land, draw a path, raise a building. You never leave the map.
The seven doors
- Photo scene: start or re-tune a scene that lives inside a real photograph. See Make a photo scene .
- Land: plop whole landforms, hills to islands, and reshape them with notches. See Land .
- Build: draw walls on the map and grow buildings out of them. See Build a building .
- Nature & paths: scatter grass, trees, and rocks, and drag paths through them. See Nature and paths .
- Ground: the stage floor. Pick its Surface (any ground or pattern), its Shape (Circle | Square), and its Shine (Matte | Water). A Waves row (Calm | Wavy | Stormy) appears once the scene has painted water.
- Erase: arm the eraser, then paint away terrain cell by cell.
- Touch up: single-cell tools, including the cliff and stairs brushes. See Cliffs and stairs .
The map says what a tap does
While a door is open, the map’s hint line says what a tap will do: plop a landform, scatter a nature patch, draw a path. Whatever you touched last is the armed tool.
On an open stage like Space or a photo, the Ground door stays shut: there is no stage floor to dress. Land and Nature still work, right on the picture.
