The Closet · Ünflat

The Closet is in Add › Details. It holds clothes and outfits. Clothes are parts marked as things you can put on and take off. An outfit is a saved set of the clothes that are on. A fig wears one outfit at a time.

Open the Closet

Open Add › Details. Under OUTFITS, select an outfit to put it on the fig and open the Closet page. If a fig has no clothes yet, a Closet row appears under CLOTHES. A part’s Clothes section also has Open the closet.

The Closet page. The outfit is a dropdown; each piece of clothes is a line that opens. The foot acts on the worn outfit.

Outfits

The Outfit dropdown lists all the outfits and how many clothes each has on. Select an outfit to put it on the fig. New outfit adds a copy of the outfit that’s on (up to 6 outfits).

Outfit buttons are at the foot of the page:

Rename: Changes the outfit’s name.
Copy to another fig: Copies the outfit to a different fig.
Remove this outfit: Deletes the outfit. The clothes are kept.

If the fig has several skins , a Skin with it dropdown appears. Picking a skin ties it to the outfit. As is keeps the skin that’s on.

The clothes list

Its clothes lists all the clothes, sorted by kind. A checked row means it’s worn in this outfit; unchecked means it’s off. Select a row to open its panel.

In this outfit: Toggles it (Worn or Off).
Kind: Which kind it is (Hat, Wear, Hold, Extra).
Worn on: Picks the part it’s worn on. It moves with that part. Nothing keeps it on the fig itself (it follows no part).
Save as clothes any fig can use: Saves it as its own fig in your library.
Make it a body part again: Makes it a normal part again, not clothes.

Turning a part into clothes sets its Worn on to the part it touches most (a piece touching nothing stays on Nothing).

Add clothes

Each row here has a dropdown to choose a part. New clothes go straight into the outfit that’s on (or start Outfit 1 if there is none).

A part: Turns a part of the fig into clothes.
A cover on: Makes a fitted cover over the part.
A fig on: Adds a fig from your library, sizes it to the part, and wears it on that part.

A cover on and A fig on have Tap it on the fig…. Select it, then tap the part on the fig. Stop cancels it. See The tailor .

Copy to another fig

Copy to another fig copies the outfit to another fig. The app saves this fig, opens the other one, and puts the outfit on it. The clothes are sized and put on the matching parts. You may need to adjust them by hand. Their paint comes along. The other fig must have room for another outfit (up to 6 outfits).

Hidden clothes

While the Closet page is open, clothes that are off show see-through on the fig. Select one to add it to the outfit.

Where outfits show up

Scenes: Selecting a placed fig shows a Wearing row on its Picked page, listing its outfits. As saved keeps it as it was saved in the editor. The same control is in Everything in this scene .
Animate: For figs with more than one outfit, a Wearing dropdown appears at the top of the Animate tab so you can swap quickly while posing. Holding Hold to peek shows the clothes that are off, see-through, in the current pose. Letting go shows the outfit again.
