Clips

The clip card

The Camera tab's Clip output: your cuts as rows. Tap a row and its controls open right there.

Switch the Camera tab to Clip and your whole film lies in front of you: every cut is a row with its thumbnail and its chips. Nothing takes over the screen; the scene stays live behind the strip.

plays the strip. The strip’s header carries the tempo chip, or + Music before a song is set. Each cut’s row carries Hold: Ns, + Sound, and + Words. The next Cut! lands a new row at the bottom. Beside the outputs sit the three doors: The whole clip edits every cut at once, The shot opens the current cut’s camera, and The look dresses the picture.

Filming, arranging, and dressing a clip all happen in this one tab: shoot a cut, watch it land as a row, open it, tune it, shoot the next.
