Clip challenges

The Challenges shelf on the Clips tab shows clip challenges: prompts for a clip to make. (Scenes use separate design challenges .) Each challenge card shows the prompt, the character, and a button.

Two kinds

• Take it on: A prompt to record in any scene. Selecting this opens a dialog with three choices: Record in one of your scenes, Start a new scene, and Save it as an idea.
• Open the set: A prompt that comes with a ready-made set. Selecting this makes a new scene with that set in it.

Answering

Select the card’s button. The challenge intro appears first: select Next ▸ to go on, then ✦ Accept to begin, or Not now to cancel. Then record the clip . When you share to the community, the share page shows a toggle that is on (Enter: followed by the challenge name). If it’s on, the clip is entered in the challenge. Selecting the challenge card again after you start goes back to its scene.

See entries (N) › opens a gallery of the challenge’s live entries. When your entry has enough shots (two by default), the challenge card changes to ✓ Entered. Challenges with an end date leave the shelf when they end.

Entries are normal community clips. They play in the player and can be applauded, starred, favorited, and remixed.
